Laura Walls has been in education for 25 years. She is in her 6th year as an Instructional Technology Coach for Frankton-Lapel Community Schools. Prior to her current role, Laura spent four years as a middle school math teacher at FLCS and fifteen years as a high school math teacher at Eastern Howard School Corporation. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Math Education with a minor in Computer Science from Anderson University, as well as a Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, Laura holds a Certificate of Online Learning from IU, further enriching her understanding of digital education platforms. Laura has presented various PD sessions for the staff at FLCS, showcasing her willingness to share knowledge and support her colleagues in adopting innovative teaching methods.. When Laura isn’t working at school, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years and 3 children. She also enjoys baking and hiking in her free time.
